I’m Marija Staneviciute, a Product Designer who helps teams clarify complex problems and create clear, measurable digital solutions. I have experience across agency and product environments, supporting teams from early discovery through to delivery.

A bit more about me / With over ten years in graphic design and illustration, I bring strong visual communication, empathy and systems thinking to my work. I work across the design process — from research and ideation to prototyping, testing and iteration — using insights and collaboration to shape clear and effective outcomes. I’ve collaborated with teams in the digital media, technology, healthcare, energy, and non-profit sectors to create thoughtful, accessible, and user-centred digital products.

Outside of UX, I’m passionate about traditional printmaking – from linocut to etching. This hands-on practice fuels my creativity and strengthens my iterative, problem-solving mindset, helping me approach design challenges from fresh perspectives.
