I’m Marija Staneviciute, a product-minded UX/UI designer who helps teams clarify complex problems and create usable, accessible digital solutions. I have 3 years of agency experience working across web and digital products, supporting teams from early discovery through to delivery.

A bit more about me / With over ten years in graphic design and illustration, I bring strong visual communication, empathy and systems thinking to my work. I work across the full design process — from research and ideation to prototyping, testing and iteration — with a particular focus on accessibility, usability and inclusive design. I’ve collaborated with teams across technology, education, healthcare, energy and non-profit sectors to create clear, thoughtful and user-centred digital experiences.

Outside of UX, I’m passionate about traditional printmaking – from linocut to etching. This hands-on practice fuels my creativity and strengthens my iterative, problem-solving mindset, helping me approach design challenges from fresh perspectives.
