I’m Marija Staneviciute, a UX designer driven by a passion for creating intuitive, inclusive, and accessible digital experiences that put empathy at the centre. I currently work as a contract UX designer at Element78, with 3 years of agency experience in digital product design.

A bit more about me / With over ten years in Graphic Design and Illustration, I combine storytelling, empathy, and problem-solving to craft engaging user experiences. As a generalist designer, I work across the full design process — from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery — with established strengths in accessibility, research, usability, and inclusive design. I’ve applied design thinking across various sectors, including tech, education, healthcare, energy, and non-profits, collaborating with teams to create inclusive and impactful digital solutions.

Outside of UX, I’m passionate about traditional printmaking – from linocut to etching. This hands-on practice fuels my creativity and strengthens my iterative, problem-solving mindset, helping me approach design challenges from fresh perspectives.
