Project summary
The British Property Federation (BPF), a leading voice for the UK property sector, partnered with our team at Element78 to redesign its website and member portal as part of a broader digital and CRM transformation. The goal was to improve engagement, clarify membership journeys, and align three partner organisations — BPF, SPF, and UKPA — under a unified experience.
My role
UX Researcher – contributed to stakeholder workshops, survey creation and analysis, persona development, and user flow mapping. Supported prototype iterations and cross-team collaboration with developers and project managers.
Challenge
Understanding the diverse needs of BPF’s membership groups and translating a complex organisational structure into a cohesive, user-centred digital experience. The goal was to define clear roles for the website and portal to improve engagement, simplify onboarding, and streamline content delivery across platforms.
