Langford Vets, one of the largest veterinary practices and academies in the South West of England, partnered with our team at Element78 to redesign and rebuild their website as their CMS platform reached end-of-life. The project focused on consolidating five service areas under one unified website while enhancing customer engagement, usability, and accessibility.

UX Researcher – supported the full design process, including stakeholder and user research, persona creation, prototyping, and iterative testing. Worked closely with developers, project managers, and clients to incorporate feedback and ensure smooth implementation.
