Make it!

Branding & Illustration
Client / Youth Project, Toynbee Hall, London

Context /  It was a few years’ collaboration with  the Toynbee Hall charity in London. I worked as a graphic designer and illustrator by creating a visual identity for the mentoring project “Make it!” which aimed at 12-13 year old pupils at secondary schools, based in the Tower Hamlets borough of London.

The content let me improvise and produce an engaging and bright material, which was delivered through two main characters, the rat Tony and the robot Bee. Colours chosen were based on an existing Toynbee Hall corporate palette. The visual look was playful and engaging in order to actively involve young pupils in mentoring sessions. Designed materials included: mentoring booklets, marketing and promotional leaflets, posters, folders, badges, tote bags, yearly Manifesto books.
